Yes, all selected trainees receive a monthly stipend throughout the program duration. The stipend is designed to support you so you can fully focus on learning.

The Aragen Academy training program runs for 4 months, with structured hands-on lab sessions, mentorship, and industry exposure built into every week.

Yes. All trainees who successfully complete the program receive an Aragen Academy certificate of completion, recognised across the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Yes, placement assistance is an integral part of the program. Our team actively connects graduates with hiring partners across leading CRO, CDMO, and pharma companies.

Accommodation is not provided. Trainees are expected to arrange their own stay in or around Hyderabad for the duration of the program.
