I am happy to share that I have successfully completed a 4-month Industrial Readiness Program at Aragen Academy, Hyderabad. This program helped bridge the gap between academic practical knowledge and real industrial performance by providing hands-on experience in handling pyrophoric and explosive reagents, distillation, Combi Flash purification, and analytical data interpretation. Along with technical skills, the program also improved my discipline, professional behaviour, presentation skills, and confidence through expert guidance and training. My 4-month internship at Aragen Academy was a valuable learning experience that strengthened my practical skills in organic synthesis. I gained hands-on experience in setting up and monitoring reactions, handling reagents safely, and performing reaction workups. I also learned purification techniques such as flash chromatography using CombiFlash and Biotage systems. The program enhanced my understanding of NMR data interpretation and other analytical techniques. Overall, the internship provided excellent industry-oriented training and helped build my confidence in laboratory operations and research activities.
Learned laboratory safety procedures and quality standards followed in industry.
